Data Capture

Using our bespoke, in-house designed asset management system, DataworX, we can encapsulate a history of all work carried out on each valve running through our workshop, which can help with your preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and outage plans.
All data and its history is safely secured and stored on multiple external storage networks so no data can be lost in the event of a data loss incident. Backups are regularly performed.

Site Surveys

Following a sweep of the site, valves are located & tagged. All visible information obtained from each of the tag plates, along with photographs of each valve and their plant locations, then uploaded into the DataworX Portal, our asset management database, which the customer has full access to.
